1. User Content

Users retain ownership of their content, including private journals and publicly shared Journeying Journals. By submitting a Journal in a Journey, users agree to make it publicly viewable. Jurno is not responsible for user-generated content. Opinions expressed in Journeying Journals are those of the respective users and do not reflect the views of Jurno.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Post content that is discriminatory, hateful, or harassing towards others.
• Promote illegal activities, violence, or self-harm.
• Use Jurno to spam or disrupt the platform.
• Attempt to hack, misuse, or exploit the app's features.
• Impersonate others or provide false information during registration.

3. Enforcement of Policies

Violations of the Terms of Service may result in:

• First Violation: A warning and/or temporary suspension.
• Repeated Violations: Longer suspensions or permanent bans, depending on severity.
• Severe Violations: Immediate and permanent ban without prior warning.

4. Token Interaction

Tokens are gifted organically based on user interaction with Journals. Users cannot intentionally create tokens for specific Journals or individuals. Tokens shared on the platform are community monitored, and misuse may result in suspensions or bans.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jurno provides a platform for journaling and sharing thoughts. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we are not liable for user-generated content or interactions. By using Jurno, you agree that you are solely responsible for your own content and interactions.

6. Updates to the Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. When updates occur, we will notify users via email. Continued use of Jurno after such updates will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.
